Dreamer of dreams I

What can I say, I've always had a niche for picking out the short straw. Sometimes I think I do it on purpose, unconscious to myself, to prove myself to the world more. Or maybe it's to prove to myself. That's it, really. Something I wish to learn is when succeeding, sit with your success for a minute before you raise the bar and initiate a new level. Then I can celebrate my little wins, take note of my progress and while wondering what's to come or work out what's next, have a celebratory glass of wine to finish the evening and say cheers. Cheers to the moment I will never experience again with this level of emotion, and cheers to the little successes that turn into bigger successes looking forward.
